So - what have I done so far?
Fair bit of walking, quite fast, nothing like proper running though. On average I do about 2 miles each time, no particular reason for that, its just that I get bored by then.
I've also bought some new trainers, wore them for the first time on Sunday, and co-incidentally have had back ache ever since.
I feel a bit of a fraud, lots of people do so much more, but at least its something.
Oh and I know an Olympic torchbearer, so need to find a way to cheer him on too!
